All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground, fully insured.
At your request, ExpeditionGPS.com
can ship UPS RED (next day), UPS BLUE (2nd day), UPS Orange (3rd day), or via
any major carrier. Shipping charges are based on actual freight charges, plus
insurance at $.35 per $100 of product valued, plus a $2.50 per box handling
fee. ExpeditionGPS.com
will Always attempt to reduce the number of packages being shipped in order to
minimize the cost to you.

orders, (Canada, Europe, South America, etc) may be subject to "Duties &
Taxes" on top of the shipping costs.

Warranty/Return Policy:
Return Authorization numbers are required on all
returned items purchased within 30 days. Any items over 30 days are to be
returned directly to the manufacturer for repair if defective. New returns
over 30 days are non returnable. All returned units Must be Complete and in
Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise,
should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.

If an error or change of mind has been made
regarding your purchase and you wish to cancel that purchase we ask that you

Should you decide to make contact by telephone our
office hours are 9:00 am (EST) to 6:00 pm (EST).
